Pre-order

We will announce on our website and Instagram page when our pre-orders are open for both USA and EUROPE trip. For now, you can only pre-order through our HQ by contacting us through WhatsApp at +6019-6610852

What if my pre order items are not available i.e., size or colour you requested not available?

Worry not, we will inform you if your pre-ordered item is not available and you will be reimbursed the full payment made.

Live shoppping

During our trips, live session will be held by our team for customers to live shop with us There will be update on our Instagram page when live shopping is in session.

How does it work:

During live session at selected outlets, you can make your order through our Instagram live session and payment must be made within 30minutes from the time your order is placed. You may then proceed to contact our HQ at +6019-6610852 with your screenshot picture of your item, your details and payment proof. If you made the payment within that 30 minutes, your item is secured, unless we inform you otherwise due to any unseen circumstances.

Can I cancel my live order?

You can only cancel DURING our live session. After live session ended YOU CANNOT CANCEL your order and you have to proceed with your payment.

Can I change my live order i.e., colour or size?

You can only change DURING our live session. After live session ended there’s no more changing.

How do I know my item/order is secured during live shopping?

When our team tells you during live order that they have grab your item/order

I already made my payment and contacted your HQ but there’s no respond within 30minutes during live shopping session, what do I do?

Worry not, you will be entertained by our HQ. Please kindly note that we receive surge of customers during our live shopping session. Wait for us to respond to you, and ONLY CONTACT ONE NUMBER during live shopping to avoid double orders on your items.

I already made my payment and contacted your HQ but there’s no respond within 30minutes during live shopping session, how do I know whether my item is secured or not?

Worry not, all orders made during live shopping session will be secured by our team. Wait for us to respond to you, and ONLY CONTACT ONE NUMBER during live shopping to avoid double orders on your items.

If I already made my payment but my item during live order is not secured or missed, will I be refunded?

Please contact us and tell us what you ordered and we will confirm whether your item is secured or not. If by any chance, its not secured, we will definitely reimbursed your full payment.
